Assessment of the management of neonatal jaundice

This study, entitled 'Evaluation of the Management of Neonatal Jaundice', had as its main objective to evaluate the diagnosis and management of neonatal jaundice at Kyeshero Hospital. The specific objectives are: to determine the prevalence of neonatal jaundice in our setting; to identify its most common causes, highlight the most frequently observed clinical signs, and detect any complications that arose; and to examine the methods used for diagnosis and management, along with the results. This was a retrospective study based on a literature review; the data collected were entered and processed using Word and Excel, and the results were analysed using percentage calculations.
