Design and construction of an automatic control system

Sustainable development is based, amongst other things, on the availability of energy, hence the use of various energy sources. The combination of several renewable energy sources with a traditional energy source is proposed, along with its advantages and disadvantages. This combination, known as a hybrid electrical system, is considered the best solution. Through this project, we aim to develop an automatic control system for a hybrid electric system comprising a photovoltaic installation, a wind turbine and a generator set. The programming is based on the level of energy available from renewable energy sources and the level of demand. The use of the designed system is optimised and the utilisation of renewable energy sources is prioritised.
