Internal Control and Its Impact on Administrative Management

This research study, titled "Internal Control and Its Influence on the Administrative Management of the Administrative and Finance Unit of the Superior Court of Justice of the City of Puno," was conducted in part due to perceived problems in administrative management, which manifested as a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in operations, unreliable administrative information, and a failure to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the sector. I observed that in 2019, the Superior Court of Justice did not complete all of its operational activities necessary to achieve its objectives. It should be noted that some operational activities were found to have been completed at a rate ranging from 25% to 50%, while one activity was not completed at all. Furthermore, the staff assigned to the administrative area was insufficient to carry out the various planned activities.
