Solution to the problem
Açıklama İngilizce dilinde
The theoretical foundations of systemic coaching lie in both constructivist and systemic thinking. Specialist literature usually deals extensively with the systemic principles. However, scant attention is paid to its constructivist roots. This has resulted in a gap in both content and scholarly literature. This work aims to fill that gap. Focusing on the constructivist roots requires a comprehensive perspective, as the subject matter can be traced right back to the beginnings of European history. Across six thematic sections, the author unearths these historical roots, establishing surprising connections that are new and fruitful for the subject at hand. On this basis, the development of constructivist thought in the 20th century, as outlined in the following section, is presented in a new light. Thus, in the final section - building on the theoretical foundations described previously - a new understanding of how 'externalisation', one of the most fundamental techniques of systemic coaching, works can ultimately be gained.
