Once again, Thomas Taylor gives us a look over the shoulder of world-class protectors. Two years after the events in Mortal Shield, Lieutenant David Armstrong and his team from the Governor's Security Division return to find themselves and their protectee -- Missouri Governor William Ulysses Stovall -- in harm's way.
