Emotion & Psyche

From the foreword by Ruediger Dahlke Everyone has it within them, this divine energy, but only a few have any idea how to access it. Annette Bokpe learned first-hand from friend/mentor Annette Mueller just how easy it can be to use this powerful energy to heal other people, and herself. She was doubtful at first and always inquisitive, but after experiencing the methods SKYourself and amazinGRACE developed by Mueller, she felt what it was like to access millennia-old knowledge of great spiritual masters. While current societal conditioning may create obstacles in the path to our true self, the healing success they have achieved so far shows the power SKYourself has to clear that path back to self, and back to health. In this book, Annette Bokpe shares how she learned SKYourself to resolve fear, aggression, doubt, and other psychic tension that would otherwise require months or years of involved therapy. With impressive first-hand accounts, the author, who has led an adventurous life, documents her journey to becoming a SKYourself teacher, and a new version of herself. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to expand their imaginative horizon. This book targets all those who haven’t become entirely complacent in life, those who are still open to the possibilities and potential of what they do not yet know, and maybe now they are ready to feel fully alive, instead. Potentially, you are a reader who will find this book to be an important impulse decision, impacting the rest of your journey through life. From the Afterword by Annette Mueller I would like to thank Annette Bokpe from the bottom of my heart for writing her incredible story, which gives the readers a vivid and detailed impression of the incredible experiences that learning and applying this method can create.
