Tulsa is in flames. Once a beautiful, flourishing city, it has become the epicenter of a new crime wave throughout the country. Asked to do the impossible, Supervisory Special Agent in Charge Mike Anderson forms an FBI task force to combat the increased violence. Working with other agencies, they begin to fight back. The group builds a strong case against the Cortez organization, a violent drug cartel based in the heart of Tulsa. Also, against them, the Tulsa Angels, a long-standing biker gang pushing meth and other drugs onto the streets. With the threat of a gang war looming, it'll be up to the bureau's task force to stop them and bring them to justice.
