A factual story of my brothers incredible 4 1/2 yr journey around the world from 1965 to 70, through all the continents & 60+ countries , travelling with little money, no credit cards, no internet. He travelled experiencing different climates, travel modes, famine, cultures, languages, currency, war zones, epidemics, friends & foes!! He faced loneliness, hunger, sickness, exhaustion, danger, love & unpredictable circumstances that most people would find impossible to navigate & survive. If he was alive to expand on his small diaries, a small atlas & photo slides, the story could flesh out to be mind boggling. When he was alive & I queried him, he would expand on some of those experiences and provide details with a humble, educational & humorous talent. Many portions of this story could be used as an intinerary travel guide to retrace routes he took.
